e. 2015 Amended Articles of Incorporation and By-laws changing the principal office address to 593 Antonio Drive, Bagumbayan, Taguig City and increasing the per diem of Directors

f. 2017 Amended By-laws moving the date of the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting to every 2nd Monday of June of each year

g. 2018 Amended Articles of Incorporation increasing the authorized capital stock to 500 Million
